YMCA Fairthorne campsite in Hampshire offers the perfect setting for outdoor adventures, relaxation, and time spent in nature. Whether you’re pitching a tent with friends, bringing the whole family, or organizing a group retreat, our site provides spacious grounds, a welcoming atmosphere, and easy access to the countryside.

We’re open for the season for May half-term. Then weekends only during term time until the summer school holidays. We are open every day throughout the school summer holidays until August 31st – giving you even more opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.

Important Summer 2026 - Following the national fire safety alert and due to the current wildfire risk, no naked flames are permitted on site until further notice. This includes BBQs, fire pits, camping stoves, campfires, and any other outdoor cooking equipment. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient for some guests, but the safety of our visitors, staff, wildlife, and surrounding area must be our first priority.Please also take extra care when smoking and ensure cigarettes and other smoking materials are disposed of safely.

Camping does not give you access to our main site, unless you have a pre-arranged booking.
